Through this notice, COMERCIAL MIVER, S.L. (MIVER), with registered office at Pol. Ind. Torreta-Rio, Camino de la Noguera 1, C.P. 03600, Elda (Alicante), informs consumers and users of the website miver.es of its personal data protection policy, so that users may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide MIVER with the personal data requested for the provision of services, product sales, quotations previously requested by any means, and for responding to inquiries, in connection with subscription, registration, or completion of any online data forms.
MIVER reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to keep it adapted to current data protection legislation. In such cases, MIVER will announce the changes introduced on this website with reasonable notice prior to implementation.
Visiting this website does not imply that the user is obliged to provide any information. In the event that the user provides personal information, the data collected on this website will be processed fairly and lawfully, at all times subject to the principles and rights set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and in the applicable Spanish legislation on personal data protection (LOPDGDD 3/2018).

EXERCISE OF DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

MIVER informs the user that they have the following rights under applicable regulations:

Right of access: allows the data subject to obtain information on whether MIVER is processing personal data concerning them and, if so, to obtain information about the personal data being processed.

Right of rectification: allows correction of errors and modification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right of erasure: allows data to be deleted and cease to be processed by MIVER, except where there is a legal obligation to retain them and/or other legitimate grounds prevail.

Right to restriction of processing: under the legally established conditions:
(a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify accuracy;
(b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes erasure and requests restriction instead;
(c) the controller no longer needs the data for processing but the data subject requires them for legal claims;
(d) the data subject has objected pursuant to Article 21(1) while it is verified whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.Restriction allows MIVER to cease processing the data to avoid future use, except for legal claims. Methods for restriction may include:

Right not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects: MIVER informs that the processing of your data for the indicated purposes will not involve automated decisions producing legal effects.
Regarding the exercise of the above rights in social networks (access, rectification, opposition, erasure, withdrawal of consent, restriction, portability, and objection to automated decisions), we can only act within the possibilities offered by the social networks themselves. Users must contact the networks directly to exercise these rights. However, users may unsubscribe from our pages at any time, ceasing to be fans, although the social network may retain prior comments on our wall.
SENDING INFORMATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
Regarding the sending of informational communications via email or other equivalent electronic means, since the user’s email address is personal data when it allows identification, by collecting it in the online form the user expressly authorizes MIVER to process it for sending commercial or promotional communications concerning the products or services provided by the company/entity.
These communications will be preceded by the word advertisement at the beginning of the message and will clearly identify MIVER.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
MIVER – Aplicaciones Informática, S.L. – MIVER installs Google Analytics Cookies, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, a Delaware company headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, USA (“Google”). You consent to the processing of your data on Google LLC servers located in the USA.
Google processes the tracking of visits to monitor website usage, compile activity reports, and provide other related services.
Google Analytics logs the IP address of users visiting the website for geolocation purposes. Google Analytics does not provide website owners with the actual IP addresses.
The data processing performed by Google Analytics is under the responsibility of COMERCIAL MIVER, S.L. – MIVER, with Google LLC acting as the data processor.
If the website owner has chosen to share data with Google Analytics, a data transfer occurs to Google under Google’s general privacy policy and specific Google Analytics policy, which you consent to. Users who do not wish to allow data sharing may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

SECURITY MEASURES
MIVER has adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access. The adopted security level is in line with the nature of the personal data provided.
In accordance with Article 32 GDPR, MIVER, as data controller, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing, as well as varying risks for rights and freedoms of individuals, will apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security, including:

Ensuring ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services.

MIVER will ensure that any person acting under the authority of the controller or processor who has access to personal data may only process such data following the controller’s instructions, unless required by Union or Member State law.
MINORS
Users under fourteen years of age are not permitted to obtain the status of user of this website without the consent of their parents or guardians, pursuant to the Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD 3/2018), based on Article 8 of EU GDPR 2016/679. Non-compliance with this condition by the user will result in the deletion of the data provided.
